Thanks to the skills and experience gained over more than 45 years of business in hot steel pressing and in forging parts for engineering companies, SADAM is able to protect every aspect of the production chain: from the feasibility study to the delivery of finished products, moving through the design and production of moulds.
Feasibility study
We implement the whole project, which is subject to the purchaser’s approval, from the customer’s design. Once confirmation has been obtained, the engineering and planning of the production process begin.
Raw materials
We can process any type of steel that the customer requests, including special steels and alloys.
Production lines
SADAM has three production lines that are served by three line furnaces.
The production process
The pressing process starts with the induction heating of the raw material.
Finishes and packaging
To complete the production process, SADAM also monitors the shot blasting and, when required by the customer project, any mechanical processing.
All the products that exit the lines are packaged and immediately sent to the warehouse or the customers’ production departments.
