From heating to finishing
The mechanical workshop and pressing
Thanks to our mechanical workshop, we are able to develop made-to-measure moulds to manufacture pressed and forged parts that customers request.
The pressing process starts with the heating of the raw material, followed by all the hot-pressing operations.
All the pieces may be sandblasted, before packaging and dispatch, depending on the customer’s needs.
Forging
Forging is a key step in the production process, which begins after having brought the steel to the workability temperature (between 900° and 1200°), and makes it possible to obtain profiles and shapes required for the project, thanks to the crushing reduction process.
